Processes orders received by mail and telephone. Manages promotions by automatic computation of discounts, free products, points accumulated (for promos with point system).
Manages the distribution of the products through different courier services and the post office by automatic generation of reference numbers (e.g., COD numbers) and segregation of the orders by region (based the address of the customers). Generates all the necessary delivery documents such as sales orders, registry notices and COD forms (for COD orders), manifests, money order applications, mailing labels, etc. Also generates other documents that go with the packages such as raffle tickets, personalized letters, etc.
Manages payments in cash, check, or money order.

Generates reports on inventory, daily payments, money order transmittals, statistics on the different promotions, media evaluation (i.e., how many orders are generated on an advertisement placed), statistics on different transactions (e.g., daily orders, returns, payments, refunds, etc.).
Supports double-encoding of transactions to increase accuracy in encoding.
